Nils Graw is a Master Dental Technician with 22 years of experience, having contributed his expertise to 8 different dental laboratories both nationally and internationally. He specializes in ceramic restorations, anterior tooth design, telescopic technology, and CAD/CAM systems. Since 2023, Nils has been Manager of Product & Applications at DEKEMA, where he shares his expertise in digital dental workflows and precision aesthetics.

Edgar Martinez, MDT, EFDA, BA

Owner at Simpatico Dental Studio

After graduating from McFatter in 2005. Edgar continued his education at UCLA as a Master Dental Ceramist under the guidance of Dr. Edward McLaren. Upon finishing, Edgar joined the Advanced Prosthodontics, Implantology

Daniel Swamy has many years of experience in the industry as a lab owner and with material science. He currently works in the research and development of materials like zirconia and nano-ceramics. 

John Madden, CDT

John Madden, CDT, runs John Madden Prosthetics, a small lab and consulting company in Minneapolis, MN. He decided to pursue becoming a CDT while working in the lab at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry.

Lora Buckley

Marketing Management

Lora Buckley holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She currently serves as Marketing Manager for Upcera Dental America and previously held marketing leadership roles with several high-profile dental laboratories, including the renowned da Vinci Dental Studios.
