Jose Luis Banos

SA-C, CDT

Jose has 20 years of dental industry experience. He graduated from dental college in Spain and obtained a degree in Dental Laboratory Technology. Jose owns Prosthetic by Jose Luis, specializing in immediate load surgical hybrids and final hybrid restoration. He is also a certified dental technician (CDT) and has taught Prosthodontics at Nova Southeastern University.

Dr. Nate Farley

DDS, MS, FACP

Dr. Nate Farley is a board certified prosthodontist with a passion for all things digital. He completed both dental school and his prosthodontic residency at The Ohio State University and currently works in Mesa, AZ. He is one of three prosthodontists at Revive Dental Implant Center, where the focus is full arch & AOX procedures.

Nils Graw

MDT

Nils Graw is a Master Dental Technician with 22 years of experience, having contributed his expertise to 8 different dental laboratories both nationally and internationally. He specializes in ceramic restorations, anterior tooth design, telescopic technology, and CAD/CAM systems. Since 2023, Nils has been Manager of Product & Applications at DEKEMA, where he shares his expertise in digital dental workflows and precision aesthetics.

Marius Weist

Head of Application & Service at DEKEMA

Marius Weist is the Head of Application & Service at DEKEMA, he ensures that customers receive expert support while driving advancements in product applications. Marius has held various positions at DEKEMA for almost a decade, acquiring extensive knowledge in the areas of service, project management and product development. With a background in automation technology and practical experience as an electronics technician, Marius combines technical expertise with a strong focus on customer needs. His goal is to make advanced dental technology accessible and reliable for professionals worldwide.

Kristen Paladino

VP of Strategy & Client Services

With 23 years in healthcare marketing, Kristen Paladino specializes in bringing brands, products, and solutions to life. She excels in storytelling that solves complex challenges, drives market growth, and fosters customer loyalty. Her expertise spans strategy, product launches, omnichannel campaigns, and messaging for leading brands like Abbott, Baxter, and Dentsply Sirona.

Jen Boisseau

Group Account Director

With over 15 years of experience, Jen Boisseau specializes in creating integrated, insight-driven marketing strategies for B2B and B2C clients. From research and strategy to execution, she’s passionate about growing client businesses with robust digital solutions. Jen has worked with brands like Abbott, Baxter, and Renovo Endodontics, focusing on digital strategy and omnichannel campaigns.

Miladinov Milos

CDT

In 2001, Miladinov Milos began his dental career, founding Dentaltech in 2003. In 2013, he launched Shoot Like PRO, showcasing dental photography expertise. Collaborating as a KOL for Ivoclar, Vivadent, and Medit, he opened the “Ugly Tooth” dental training center in 2016. Pioneering the FDW workflow in 2018, Milos persistently advances digital dentistry and is currently opening a dental lab in Florida.

Marina Caponigro

MDT, EFDA, BA

Marina Caponigro, MDT, EFDA, BA is a  Master Dental Technician, a proud owner of Smileology group dental laboratory, specializing in full digital workflow for AllonX implant supported restorations. She is a certified member of the Digital Smile Design team, and a dental educator. Marina is passionate about sharing her wealth of knowledge in her role as a speaker and creates engaging workshops focused on the full digital workflows for AllonX restorations. She has presented interactive, engaging CE courses on dental technology and clinical workflows for a variety of organizations and meetings.

Our practice doesn't do the most arches (just 10-12 per month), but we likely have the least amount of stress, the happiest patients, and the best results.
